Change can feel daunting. It’s also necessary.
You’re here because there’s a voice in your head – even if it’s a whisper – pulling you toward some kind of shift. Something feels like it’s got to give.
Maybe a new city, a new relationship, a new job will do the trick, and you’ll get to finally be “that person.”
You research ways to build a routine or make the “right” decision. But in a world where it seems like there are infinite possibilities, analysis paralysis is imminent.
Sometimes the pull isn’t strong enough – because “things aren’t that bad.”
Complacency can make it incredibly difficult to be motivated to change.
Change forced by a crisis, on the other hand, can lead to reactivity that doesn’t align with who you actually are.
It’s conviction – a true understanding of who you are, what’s important to you, and why – that makes real change long-lasting.
That’s where I come in.
Books, podcasts, and unsolicited advice offer general solutions. They can help build a foundation or skillset, but they don’t really get to the core of what’s going on.
I work to help you understand your unique context. Then I draw on my real-world experiences (because there’s a good chance I’ve been in your shoes or similar) and the schooling I’ve received to help you develop your purpose.
I believe we all have a purpose – something that drives us and helps us make the decisions that adulting requires.
Instead of feeling paralyzed, overwhelmed, or scared of those decisions, my clients leave feeling empowered, bold, and brave about tackling life’s toughest challenges.
Together, we work to develop resilience – an attitude of believing you’re capable – so that even the most mundane of choices can feel meaningful and fulfilling.
We will laugh, cry, and yap throughout the process. When your journey is complete, we will part with pride in all we’ve accomplished.
When I’m not working with clients to find their voice…
…I’m empowering my team to become the best versions of themselves. Over the past 10 years of practice, I’ve grown through my own journey of self-discovery as a client, a partner, a daughter, and a friend.
Orlando is where I call home and where I enjoy eating, dancing, park-hopping, and spending time with loved ones.
